6th International Forum on Big Data for Sustainable Development (FBAS 2026) -- FirstAnnouncement

The International Forum on Big Data for Sustainable Development (FBAS) is a series of high-level international conferences initiated and organized by the International Research Center of Big Data for Sustainable Development Goals (CBAS). Since its inception in 2021, the forum has been held annually for five consecutive years. It aims to build a cooperative and exchange platform that promotes the use of big data in advancing sustainable development. The forum shares scientific progress, application demonstrations, and solutions that leverage digital technologies to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and brings together various stakeholders to utilize big data technologies in advancing the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

The 6th International Forum on Big Data for Sustainable Development Goals (FBAS 2026) will be held from September 6 to 8, 2026, in Beijing, China. The forum is hosted by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and organized by the International Research Center of Big Data for Sustainable Development Goals and the Aerospace Information Research Institute, CAS. FBAS 2026 will bring together leading scholars, policymakers, engineers, and young scientists from around the world in the fields of big data, artificial intelligence, and other advanced digital technologies, as well as sustainable development. Through keynote speeches, high-level dialogues, thematic discussions, and youth forums, participants will explore innovative solutions to accelerate the implementation of the SDGs and inject transformative new momentum into the global effort to achieve sustainable development.
