As the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development enters a critical phase, DBAR 2026 provides a timely platform to advance digital innovation for the SDGs and strengthen global partnerships. ISEO 2026 creates new opportunities for Earth observation research and exchange among Central Asian countries. Together, they form an academic bridge to promote advanced Earth observation technologies for sustainable development under the Belt and Road Initiative and enhance international cooperation. The 10th Digital Belt and Road Conference (DBAR 2026) and the 6th International Symposium on Earth Observation for Arid and Semi-Arid Environments (ISEO 2026) will be held in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Call for Side Event:
We simultaneously release the solicitation for side events at the conference, and the theme of the solicitation should be related to the key research areas of Digital Sustainable Development and the Earth Observations (EO), highlighting the scientific progress within those areas and the categories above.
SessionsandAbstract Submission:
Interested authors and co-chairs are invited to submit session proposal and/or abstract or full papers. Proceedings from the DBAR 2026 conference and ISEO 2026 symposium will be available at the event.

- ·Session proposal must be submitted no later than May 1, 2026;
- ·Abstracts and/or full papers must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026;
- ·Notification of acceptance of papers will be sent by July 15, 2026;
- ·Each presenter is required to register by August 1, 2026;

The DBAR 2026 & ISEO 2026 International Conference will be held at the Ak-Bermet Recreation and Tourism Complex (Kara-Oy village, 3 km from Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul Region, Kyrgyz Republic). One of the landmarks of the Issyk-Kul Region, it is convenient for dining, lodging, excursions, and conferences, offering stunning views of Lake Issyk-Kul with majestic mountains rising from it into the endless sky.
