Huang Wenjiang is a Professor of CBAS, Director of SINO-UK Crop Pest and Disease Forecasting & Management Joint Laboratory, working in Chinese Academy of Sciences Aerospace Information Research Institute, Ph.D. in Physical Geography, he was acting as PI for more than 40 major scientific fundings from Group on Earth Observations (GEO), Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). His research interests focused on remote sensing for monitoring crop, grass and forest pest and disease. He has published more than 200 SCI journal papers, and awarded more than 10 science and technology award including National Science and Technology Progress Award.
