Prof. Lin Hui , Academician of International Eurasia Academy of Sciences and Fellow of British Academy of Social Science, is Professor and Dean of the School of Geography and Environment at Jiangxi Normal University, China. He is also Director of Key Lab of Poyang Lake Wetland and Watershed Research, Ministry of Education of China.

He was the founding director of Institute of Space and Earth Information Science, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is the winner of Outstanding Contribution Award of Asia Association of Remote Sensing (2009 and 2019), AAG Miller Award (2017).
