Prof. Wang is a professor at the Aerospace Information Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Throughout his long career in the academia, he has been serving as the Secretary General of the International Society for Digital Earth and Executive Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Digital Earth and Big Earth Data.
